Ron Pichardo, a North Philadelphia native, is a veteran tattoo artist, entrepreneur, and the founder of Swagga House Tattoo in Elkins Park, PA. With over 13 years of experience, Ron has built a strong reputation in both the tattoo industry and the Philadelphia art community as an urban mixed media artist.
